Wang Nam Keow district of Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand where during the winter season between November – February. Foggy mornings and cool temperatures have led to the area being called the Switzerland of the lower Northeast of Thailand. It is the perfect place to be outdoors enjoying the sunshine, cloudless blue skies and fresh air.

The Horticultural Science Society Of Thailand in cooperation with state and private sector organizations, with support of the Tourism Authority of Thailand Nakhon Ratchasima office, will be jointly organizing the Wang Nam Keow Flora Fantasia flower festival during December 20, 2010 – February 28, 2011.

The Wang Nam Keow Flora Fantasia has employed national Flower Artists and Landscapers from both Thailand and Taiwan to create a vertical garden ‘painting’ using more than 200,000 potted plants, and seeded flowers (using more than 1 million seeds). A viewing platform has also been constructed to provide a Bird’s Eye View of the 20 acre site.

On this coming Valentine’s Day the event is going to has an International Wedding Aura Fantasia. This activity invitation to loving couples to spend Valentine’s amidst a glorious flower festival, at the “International Wedding Aura Fantasia. 50 couples from around the world will be celebrating their day of love at the Wangnamkeaw Flora Fantasia

The couples will participate in a variety of activities, including a balloon ride to view the 25 acre site from the air so they can take panoramic pictures; have their pictures taken by a professional photographer in a beautiful setting created with more than 200,000 flowers, a wonderful dinner, and overnight accommodation. Two of those lucky couples will be extra lucky, when they fly off to enjoy a 4-days 3 nights holiday package in Taiwan.

Take Highway 3052. The event venue is situated near the Pho Chalerm Phrakiat temple intersection on the Wang Nam Keow- Khao Pang Ma hill 9th kilometre (Km 9) section of the highway.
